Need the website to actual busted paper tri cities..
Really an ugly way to embarrass & hurt people lively hood
I was arrested on 6/29/18, for simple assault and the situation was dismissed and have been trying to contact this group about the removal of my mugshot to no avail. This is public information, they are quick to post this nonsense, be seems to ignore my requests of asking them to remove this item.
If this was a decent site they would have the common courtesy to take it down if the case has been dismissed.
It is a site for nosy *** people, that's it. This company makes it really a complex situation to take the information down, and if the case has been dismissed then they should take it down when asked, shouldn't have to go through hoops for this.
Preferred solution: Take down the mugshot because it has been DISMISSED!!!
All individual pages are taken down if charge is dismissed, nol prossed, expunged or not guilty. Simply email in request and documentation and it will be removed in 10 days.

Victimized twice
The courts dropped my charges due to false identity.
I supply court documents proving the charges were made in error and later dropped. Busted Newspaper will not take down my image nor update their website to convey the truth about my arrest.
The request was made 7 times still no response from them to remove my image. I should not have to pay them to take my image down per their website. This is illegal in the state of Florida. I am in tears because no employer will hire me with that information out there.

I take down removals for busted newspaper and have no incidents where requests are made 7 times. If you would like anything removed send documentation of not guilty, nol prossed dismissed or expunged to busted newspaper on the site and it will be removed in 10 days.

I love that busted newspaper is a looser instead of a loser. Says a lot about the poster. This company removes all postings that are not guilty, dismissed, nol prossed or expunged within ten days of request.

ITS SAD THAT WEBSITES LIKE BUSTED NEWSPAPER PURPOSELY POSTS MUGSHOTS OF INDIVIDUALS TO HUMILIATE THAT INDIVIDUAL AND THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO REMOVE THE INDIVIDUALS MUGSHOT. WE AS CONSUMERS HAVE TO STICK TOGETHER AND NOT GIVE IN TO THESE EXTORTIONISTS.
NOT PAYING THEM FOR MUGSHOT REMOVAL WILL SURELY PUT BUSINESSES LIKE BUSTED NEWSPAPER OUT OF BUSINESS. CONSUMER MUGSHOTS HAVE BECOME A MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS FOR NEWSPAPER COMPANIES LIKE BUSTED NEWSPAPER.
I AM GOING TO MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AS WELL AS THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. MUGSHOT EXTORTION IS ILLEGAL.

So your mugshot got published on some sleazy website and you don't like it ?
Bet not. But your record is public information anyhow.
Don't give in to some dipwad slimeball ; send no money.
The picture will just turn up again.
I might remind Mr. Sleazy that it could be a less than healthy occupation to annoy persons with known criminal records.
